Meridain Therapy (EFT) is an energy psychology approach based on acupuncture (without needles).  The intention is to balance your body's energy systems or meridians.

Hypnotherapy responding to the relaxation of "conscious hypnosis", allows positive suggestions to be accepted within your mind.  The experience of Hypnotherapy will help you to make positive changes by strengthening your will-power, determination, and self-confidence.  The intention is to give you more control as you enjoy a balanced diet, steadily slimming down towards the ideal healthy weight.

Fee's for home visits:  The fee for a personal appointment is 60 pounds.  Two people may share for 75 pounds.  Three people may share for 30 pounds each.
